What is the best way to lose weight permanently?

Hi, is it possible for an obese person to lose weight fast and permanently? Or am I looking for a unicorn in the city?

It is quite difficult to lose weight quickly using conservative methods, with general exercise and a healthy eating plan. It is important to know what you are putting into your body by reading product labels to best understand the sugar and carbohydrate content of the food you are consuming. With a balanced, healthy diet that includes fiber and the necessary nutrients, your body weight will normalise to a healthy normal.
