Which foods are natural diuretics for resistant hypertension?
Asked 3 years ago
I like to take natural medication as opposed to something from the pharmacy. Since I have resistant hypertension, which foods are natural diuretics?

Several natural diuretics may be helpful. However, you should note that evidence of the effectiveness of natural diuretics in controlling resistant hypertension is sparse. Examples include apple cider vinegar, cabbage, asparagus, beets, cucumbers, celery, and watermelon. Parsley, dandelion, and ginger are also natural diuretics that may be helpful.
