Spironolactone interacts with different drug classes. The most common include NSAIDs, potassium supplements, heparin, ACE inhibitors, etc. It is best to share information about any other drugs, herbs, vitamins, and supplements you take. Ensure you have that conversation with your doctor or pharmacist before using spironolactone.
