Why am I suddenly gaining weight?
Asked 3 years ago
I've started eating less, and I am suddenly gaining weight! Why is this happening, and how am I supposed to lose weight?

You're likely to gain weight if you suddenly start eating less. Your body will lower its metabolic rate to adapt to the lower calories intake. Thus, there'll still be a net-weight gain.
Instead, progressively reduce your calories intake, eat healthier meals (instead of skipping meals), and take more water.
