Asked 4 years ago
Hey everyone, I learned that I could take pills for weight loss, but I have hypertension. Would this still be safe?

Appetite suppressants and OTC diet pills can aid weight loss. Unfortunately, they may have the unintended effect of increasing your blood pressure. As such, they are not the best for someone with hypertension. Always check with your healthcare provider before going ahead to use any medication.
