Treadmills are a great way to exercise and start losing weight from the comfort of your own home. depending on your activity levels, starting to walk for 15min at a medium pace will increase the heart rate and boost metabolism. Doing exercise three to four times a week will have positive benefits on your weight loss journey.
Increasing the intensity of the walk or progressing into a slow jog will further increase your ability to lose weight. Putting the treadmill on an incline will burn even more calories and is a fantastic exercise to help you lose weight. Coupling exercise with a healthy, balanced diet will ensure you have the best possible chance of achieving your weight loss goals. Start with gentle exercise and increase the intensity from there.
