You may need to confirm if coffee intake impacts your blood pressure reading. Do this by taking a rereading after 30 minutes of coffee intake. If it does, then stopping coffee may help lower your blood pressure. Otherwise, you may have developed caffeine tolerance, and stopping won't change anything.
