Can hypertension in type II diabetes result in a stroke?

I have hypertension and type II diabetes. Can this result in a stroke? I'm quite scared for my health...

Yes, this is in fact true. If all of these conditions are unmanaged and not managed effectively, in severe cases, can result in a stroke. An increase in blood pressure, otherwise known as hypertension, can cause a blood vessel in the brain to burst; resulting in a stroke.
