Where on my body should I inject insulin if I work out regularly?

There is a very strong history of diabetes in my family, and I try my best to stay healthy by exercising and eating healthy. Is there a specific insulin injection site in my body that I would inject if I needed to use an insulin pen injector if I failed to manage my diabetes? I work out a lot.
